This Policy applies to all customers ("you" or "your") who have booked our cleaning, painting, and removal services.
Notice Period: To cancel a booked service, you must provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellation Fee: If you cancel the service within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee will apply.
No-Show Fee: If you do not provide any notice and do not show up for the scheduled service, a no-show fee of 100% of the total service fee will apply.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled service at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, equipment failure, or safety concerns.
Notice: We will provide you with as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation initiated by us.
Refund or Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed time or receive a full refund of any payments made for the cancelled service.
Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel the service with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time.
Partial Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours but not less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided if you cancel the service less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time or in the event of a no-show.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
