1. Introduction

4. Payment Terms

6. Liability and Insurance

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. If you terminate the Agreement less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
